A gentle to mid paced class which deals with developing core strength together with discovering the ‘self’ and exploration of alignment, posture, balance and co-ordination.

A well rounded Yoga session helping introduce newcomers to the path of general health and well-being together with progressing forward for the intermediates to grow in strength, flexibility and mobility.
